Joe joined this small team and the company really started to grow, needing to look for an office and shop space.
BECOMING CERTIFIED
In 2004, Gary's East Coast Service officially became the first Connecticut based company to become CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association) Certified. CFESA became an invaluable source for information regarding the service industry. Gary took advantage of the gas, electric and steam training manuals. He began making sure all his technicians where factory trained and encouraged them to become Master Certified Technicians.
