Part Of CFESA
Three of our service technicians hold MASTER TECHNICIAN certifications from CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association) in gas, electric and steam repair. Three technicians are working toward their Master Certification with two already certified in gas repair. All of our technicians hold Factory Training Certificates from major manufacturers of cooking equipment.
Becoming CFESA Certified
In December 2003 Gary's East Coast Service became a Certified CFESA Company. We were examined in many areas: financial, customer service, credit worthiness, parts availably, training and many others. Every three years CFESA requires us to submit updated information to recertify the company.
