Six of our service technicians hold MASTER TECHNICIAN certifications from CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association) in gas, electric and steam repair. Our other technicians are working toward their Master Certification.
All of our technicians hold Factory Training Certificates from major manufacturers of cooking equipment.

In 2003, Gary's East Coast Service became the first and only Certified CFESA Company in CT. We were examined in many areas: financial, customer service, credit worthiness, parts availability, training and many others. Every five years CFESA requires us to submit updated information to re-certify the company.
